The masterpiece is sketched by a young boy from Jammu and Kashmir to pay tribute to the fallen warrior Col B Santosh Babu ,Commanding Officer, 16th Battalion of Bihar Regiment who attained martyrdom on 15th Jun 20 at Galwan Valley in Eastern Ladakh along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) during violent face-off with Chinese troops in the line of duty.The strong patriotic sentiments of youth of Jammu and Kashmir are depicted clearly.
